Giulia Coutinho Barreto

Giulia is a Brazilian jazz solo artist from São Paulo, as well as part of a jazz-latin band “Espiritmo” founded/formed in New Orleans; combining sounds from Brazil, Columbia, and Cuba, mixed with psychedelia and jazz fusion. My journey with her began back in 2019 shortly after we first met when she was in the process of making her debut single “Hourglass”; I edited and created her single cover art, created designs for gig flyers and social media posts debuting this single and the official start of her music career. She now, as I mentioned earlier is part of the latin-jazz band Espiritmo, performing mainly in the New Orleans area where they were founded, but tour nationally, recently ending their summer tour in 2022.
